Return & Refund Policy

1.Return Time Limit You can apply for return within 30 days after parcel receipt. Products must be unused, with original packaging, tags and all accessories intact and resalable. Personalized, disposable, hygiene and final-sale items are non-refundable unless with confirmed inherent quality defects. 2.Return Application Steps Contact our customer service via yualisa806@gmail.com with your order number, product photos and return reason for review. Once approved, send items back to our designated address within 7 working days. Returns to undesignated addresses will not be accepted. 3.Shipping Fee Rules Our fault (wrong item, quality damage, description mismatch): we cover return shipping fees. Personal reason return: buyers bear all shipping, tariff and customs costs; original delivery fee is non-refundable. 4.Refund Process We will inspect returned goods within 5–10 working days after receipt. Qualified refunds will be returned to your original payment channel, which normally takes 7–15 working days to arrive. Direct exchange service is not available; please reorder after return approval.
